Don Blem - CEO/Executive Director

Don Blem has been a consultant in the field of Supply Chain/Operations Management—assisting multiple companies on their journey to "world class manufacturing." He served as SR VP of Operations for Philips Medical System—Ultrasound Products based in Bothell WA (1997-2006). Prior to his tenure at Philips, he was SR VP of ATL (Advanced Technology Labs, 1988-1997) a publicly traded $500M ultrasound manufacturer. He also worked for Tektronix (1962-1988) while advancing his career thru most every aspect of Manufacturing and Materials management. Don has served on multiple boards from the United Way of Snohomish County to the Sisters of Providence System with over 40 hospitals from Alaska to California. He holds an Executive MBA from Columbia University (1985). His skills include the installing of company wide ERP/MRP systems; developing Strategic Plans for Manufacturing companies; and selecting and mentoring Operations management personnel with emphasis on improving the profitability of companies through productivity improvements.
